Questions About Our Service

How long will I have to wait for my order?

For larger and more expensive items, we aim for 2-3 day delivery. For smaller items, we will send these to you through the postal service and you should allow up to 7 working days. Obviously, in busy periods we would ask for your patience and understanding if you suffer a slight delay. Please be assured we are doing all we can to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

My order hasn't arrived, how can I check its progress?

If you are concerned about your order, you can telephone our friendly sales staff on freephone 0800 9800680 and ask them to check on your order. We will require the name the order was placed under, the first line of the address, what was ordered and when you ordered it, and also how you placed the order. We can then trace it for you quickly and let you know its progress.

The goods are not what I want. What should I do?

If you receive the goods and they aren't suitable, you can return them to us with a covering letter. As long as it is still in its original condition, we will then refund you for the item, less a 10% handling charge.

The goods have arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?

If the goods have arrived damaged or faulty, telephone us on freephone 0800 9800680 as soon as you receive them. We will then either arrange to have the goods exchanged via our courier service or, for smaller items, ask you to send it back to us to be exchanged or refunded.

I've have had my goods for a while and they have stopped working, what should I do?

If it is within a year of purchase and you have the original receipt / invoice, we will be happy to exchange the goods or have them repaired depending on the model.

The Eurobar comes wired but the Hibar does not. You can ask for the Hibar to be wired. The wiring harness for this is an additional £60.00 plus VAT (approx). Lights are not included but we have various offers on multiple lights. Call Gavin for further information on 0800 9800680.

For standard full cover wheel trims we need to know the tyre size which is located on the tyre itself (e.g. 17.5 or 19.5). Usually, 33mm nut caps are suitable for Volvo, Scania, ERF, Renault, and Foden models. 32mm are usually suitable for DAF, Mercedes, and MAN.
